At San Francisco's Creative Arts Charter School, Ann Ledo-Lane and Gina Griffiths help their 1st and 8th grade students use their art to speak out, take action, and learn all the things. At the heart of their practice is collaboration.

Gina Griffiths has a diverse background in education and youth that spans 10 years. She earned her teaching credential and Master’s in Education from the University of Southern California in 2010 and has developed a passion for arts integration as a means of increasing equitable outcomes for all learners.
Ann Ledo-Lane is the Director of Arts Programming at the Creative Arts Charter School. She leads with 20 years of education experience, commitment and passion in developing inclusive, innovative, and arts-integrated project based curriculum. She received her Master’s in Special Education and arts specialist in Washington, DC and New York City and is currently an adjunct instructor in the School of Education at SF State.
