Responsibilities include: Data entry, individual donor and grant tracking; maintaining fundraising process documents and time-lines; grant research; funding acknowledgments; communications with board, staff, contributors and general public; assisting with fundraising campaigns and events; collaborating with peers on behalf of Luna’s organization wide endeavors.

Prepare thank you letters to donors
Enter donations into database and update related tracking systems
Attend a fundraising event meeting and take notes
Maintain a timeline for funding deadlines and send reminders to staff
